Section One – Warranty Coverage

1.1 Print Head / Mainboard / Waste Ink Pump

• These components are covered under a 6-month warranty period from the date of printer purchase.
• Within this period, you are eligible for one-time replacement of each part.
• If the damage occurs within 3 months, the replacement part and shipping are free of charge.
• If the damage occurs between 3 and 6 months, the replacement part is free, but the customer is responsible for the shipping cost.

1.2 Other Accessories

• All other printer accessories are covered by a 24-month warranty from the date of purchase.
• During this period, replacement parts are provided free of charge, but the customer must cover the shipping cost.

1.3 Warranty Disclaimer

• Warranty coverage for ink-contact components applies only when PUNEHOD brand inks are exclusively used. Any malfunction caused by third-party inks is not covered.
• Warranty is valid only if the printer was purchased directly from PUNEHOD or its authorized sellers.
• The damage must be non-user-induced, and must be verified by our customer service team or technical engineers.

Section Two – Warranty Shipping Responsibility

• Within 1 month of receiving the printer: PUNEHOD will cover both the part and shipping cost if the issue is covered under warranty.
• After 1 month: PUNEHOD will provide the replacement part for free, but the customer is responsible for the shipping fee.

Section Three – Return Policy

• Printers are eligible for return or exchange within 7 days of delivery only if no ink has been added, and the printer is returned in its original packaging.

• If any ink has been added, the printer is considered used and cannot be returned or exchanged.
