- Usually it takes 5 to 10 business days to arrive.
- Our default shipment method is air shipment by DHL Express or Fedex Express.
- If you purchase ink, powder and other consumables together with the machine, the machine will be transported separately from the liquid and powder according to the transportation policy, so the delivery time is not exactly the same.

- Preassembled: your printer's stand, printheads, and ink system are all assembled here by our technicians and then repackaged for freight shipment.
- The machine is first packaged with transparent plastic film. Then put it into a wooden box and fill the gap with foam to better protect the machine.
- No need to pre-treat the garments. After printing on PET film with a DTF printer, it can be directly transferred to a T-shirt through a heat press. It is faster and more effective than a DTG printer.
- You need a PC with Windows 7 or higher and at least two available USB ports.
- The whole process preferably requires an oven and a heat press - for Cure powdered and Heat Transfer.

What is the difference between A3 L1800 and A3 R1390 version machines?
The L1800 version uses a more advanced motherboard with better color recognition, and will outperform the 1390 version in terms of print results, as well as printer stability. You can consider the R1390 as the base version, while the L1800 is the upgraded version.

Is the printer difficult to maintain?
Not at all. The printer is designed with a fully automated maintenance system that monitors internal humidity and temperature and performs automatic printhead cleaning and white ink circulation whenever necessary. As long as the machine remains powered, most maintenance tasks happen automatically, minimizing clogging and reducing the need for manual intervention. Weekly maintenance only takes a few minutes and is easy to follow.
Is the RIP software compatible with Mac? Do I have to pay for it? Can it edit images?
The RIP software works only on Windows. Mac users must run it through Parallels or Bootcamp. The software is free of charge but requires the included USB dongle for activation. Since it is designed strictly for image ripping and color processing, it does not provide editing features. You will need to prepare and edit your artwork in programs like Photoshop or Canva before importing it into the RIP software for printing.

Difference in print area between A3 and A4 printers?
A3 printers are larger and support a maximum print width of 13 inches; A4 printers are smaller in size, supporting a maximum print width of only 8.3 inches.
