What is the difference between A3 and A4?
The overall difference between A3 and A4 is the size of the printing area. The printing area of A4 is: 7"x10.5', and the printing area of A3 is: 8.5"x11". A4 printers are suitable for printing children's clothes, and A3 is suitable for printing adults' clothes. You can choose the printer according to your needs.
What is your guarantee policy?
Our warranty policy is: if the motherboard, print head, and waste ink pump are damaged within six months, we will replace them once for free, and the remaining parts will be guaranteed for 24 months (only the shipping fee needs to be paid).
I just started to use DTF printers and I am not very familiar with them. What should I do?
We have more than 20 engineers to help you solve this problem. At the same time, we will put teaching videos in the packaging. You can follow the video to operate. If you encounter something you don't understand, punehod will also have a dedicated after-sales customer service to help you solve it.
How long will it take to print a piece of clothing?
This needs to be determined by the area of the pattern you print. Generally speaking, from selecting the pattern to the final transfer to the clothes, the whole process takes about 9-11 minutes.
