The printer is designed with a fully automated maintenance system that monitors internal humidity and temperature and performs automatic printhead cleaning and white ink circulation whenever necessary. As long as the machine remains powered, most maintenance tasks happen automatically, minimizing clogging and reducing the need for manual intervention. Weekly maintenance only takes a few minutes and is easy to follow.

The RIP software works only on Windows. Mac users must run it through Parallels or Bootcamp. The software is free of charge but requires the included USB dongle for activation. Since it is designed strictly for image ripping and color processing, it does not provide editing features. You will need to prepare and edit your artwork in programs like Photoshop or Canva before importing it into the RIP software for printing.
The core difference between A3 and A4 printers is the printing width. The printing width of A4 is: 8.3inch/210mm, and the printing width of A3 is: 13inch/330mm. A4 printers are suitable for printing children's clothing or small patterns, and A3 is suitable for printing adult clothing and large patterns. You can choose the printer according to your needs.
Our warranty policy is: if the motherboard, print head, and waste ink pump are damaged within six months, we will replace them once for free, and the remaining parts will be guaranteed for 24 months (only the shipping fee needs to be paid).

The L1800 version uses a more advanced motherboard with better color recognition, and will outperform the 1390 version in terms of print results, as well as printer stability. You can consider the R1390 as the base version, while the L1800 is the upgraded version.
The two machines use different print heads. The XP600 is an upgraded print head with faster printing speed and better printing accuracy.
